A warm welcome for weary travelers

The spacious rooms were a delightful surprise, offering comfort with kitchenette amenities. The staff's attentiveness at the restaurant truly brightened my stay, making dining enjoyable.

However, the check-in experience was marred by a lackluster reception, leaving me feeling unwelcome initially. The shower pressure was a little disappointing, taking away from an otherwise pleasant stay.

I stayed here for one night as I had a quick business trip planned. The room was quite spacious, which I appreciated, and the kitchenette was a nice touch. What I liked the most was the cleanliness and the comfortable beds. However, it was disappointing that the elevators were not working during my stay, making it a hassle to carry my luggage up to the room.

My stay here was almost nice until I noticed the absolutely rude receptionist who didn’t apologize for my embarrassingly unserviced room! Also, how could the air conditioning not be working in such sweltering heat? Adding a small token upgrade as compensation for these massive inconveniences would have been lovely, but I guess I’m just not that special. Just couldn't give a good review.

The bar and restaurant staff were wonderful, attentive and friendly. The pool area was great and the bedroom was huge with an enormous, comfortable bed. Check-out was easy, and my taxi arrived on time for my flight. Overall, I felt pampered during my stay. 🌟

Good hotel with great amenities like free parking, a lovely bar, and the indoor swimming pool. I still remember how the staff helped me print my tickets during my first stay. Enjoy your time here!

We had a lovely stay in a comfy family room, and the location was super convenient for airport access. We enjoyed exploring the public gardens lining the River Garonne, perfect for a relaxing stroll after a long flight.

For dads, it would be great if the restaurant improved.

Big rooms and a lovely spa, but slow wifi made it frustrating.

my stay at le m & spa bordeaux aeroport by hotels & preference was lovely. the room was cozy, and it's positioned very close to the airport. i had a fantastic experience at the spa, which offered amazing massages. the staff, especially sylvain and adriane, provided exceptional service that made my visit even better.
